Within a rustic hamlet dwelled a tiller, possessing a capricious caprine. This creature, consumed by insatiable hunger, roamed ceaselessly through verdant pastures, never finding satisfaction. One sunlit morn, she commenced her relentless foraging, extending her feast until the dusk’s descent. Alas, her gluttony remained insatiable, afflicted as she was by the affliction of polyphagia.

As twilight draped the horizon, a fortuitous opportunity presented itself. The farmer’s abode, left negligently ajar, beckoned the ravenous creature. Within, nestled in a shadowy alcove, lay a burlap sac brimming with grain. Swiftly, the caprine fiend rent the sack asunder, gorging herself upon its contents with rapacious abandon.

The culmination of a day’s voracious grazing followed by a glutinous feast precipitated dire consequences. The caprine, her belly distended with ill-gotten sustenance, succumbed to the agonies of bloating. With staggering gait, she emerged from the dwelling, collapsing in a stupor upon the courtyard’s earthen floor. A grotesque tableau unfolded as her belly swelled grotesquely, frothy spittle oozing from her laboring maw.

Upon witnessing this lamentable spectacle, the farmer’s brow furrowed with concern. Hastening to her aid, he endeavored to administer succor. Alas, his ministrations proved futile, for fate had already decreed the caprine’s ignoble fate: the doorstep of a nearby abattoir.

HINTS: Tiller: A rustic dweller. Caprine: A creature of insatiable hunger. Distended abdomen: The consequence of insatiable desire. Abattoir: The grim terminus of existence.
